Good morning. I will be going to see my grand daughters today before they start school. I had a horribl nights sleep with this pain in my back. When I get back if it doesn’t subside then I will go to the doctor. It should be real hot and humid today so I think I will be either in the ocean or in the pool all day with the “girls”.
